Debbie helps companies grow. Whether it’s turning a $90M losing division into a $300M money-maker or generating the first $20M for startups, she delivers.
While customers are her passion, her ability to apply market knowledge to corporate strategy has made her an asset to executive and board teams. And her P&L experience strengthens her ability to make the right financial decisions to ensure controlled growth.
She has over 12 years of executive startup experience with JomoWire, Vindicia, and Azerity, and prior to that another 10 years of Fortune 500 sales, sales management, and general management experience with Advanced Micro Devices and Arrow Electronics. Customers include Google, Yahoo! and Cisco, just to name a few.
Debbie credits much of her success to her ability to quickly assess the effectiveness of go-to-market strategy. She easily builds relationships with employees, partners, and customers and regularly pulses them on the state of the business. She uncovers critical data that she uses to make adjustments to areas such as customer experience, sales and marketing processes, and market positioning which keep the company growing ahead of the competition.
Debbie is currently a member of the San Jose Leadership Council, and has served on such boards as Big Brothers Big Sisters and the YMCA. She is currently involved in a grassroots effort to support the East Palo Alto School District.
Debbie has a BA in Organizational Behavior from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA from Santa Clara University. She lives in Palo Alto with her husband and two children.
